ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Browning has always been a creative spirit at heart… and a bit of a math geek. She has a BS from Florida State University majoring in Finance and Communications (performance related) and a MA in Finance and Economics from Leeds University UK where she attended as an International Post-graduate Rotarian Scholar. She has always been an avid reader and journaler and in her younger years she tried her hand at acting, moving to LA after grad school to audition while working in the Financial Services industry. Financial advice and team leadership drove most of her career decisions, yet creative problem solving and ideation are trademarks of her leadership style in the business world. An early student of improvisation acting, she is a big believer in a “yes, and…” attitude and values a culture of diversity and inclusion to bring out the best ideas in herself and others. She had an overwhelming desire to start writing again recently as an outlet to her capture new and old ideas, feelings, and experiences. For Kinda (R)ude storytelling she chose a modern poetic form, offering up both obscure and plainspoken thoughts to the reader… and just putting herself out there. She has written a few more books with different themes but in a similar voice that are pending publishing. Browning is happily married and lives with her husband, two boys, and mother-in-law in Dallas, TX. She will be the first to tell you that she is not “the writer” in the family as her sister has her PhD in English, is a prolific reader, and writes better than anyone else she knows.
